Hello !
My name is Lisa and I never intended to become an auction expert. But while I was raising my daughters, I found myself saying « yes » to being an auction volunteer a LOT. Little by little, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.
Better than that, I’ve learned lots of tricks and shortcuts that will help you put on a great event and raise more money than you thought possible. When you use this guide, you’ll work smarter, have fun and exceed your goals.
Why should you believe me ?
I’ve been involved in chairing multiple auctions at two schools and one women’s shelter. Every event I’ve worked on has exceeded their financial goals. The increased dollars are important but I’m also very proud that the people who attended these events said they loved the party as well ! That keeps your audience interested in coming back the next time and supporting your organization. I’ve also made sure the volunteers had fun so they’d want to help the next year.
